Who is the Yarmouth PTO?
If you have a child that attends a Yarmouth PreK-8 school, you are already part of our organization! Every family is automatically included in everything the PTO offers, from events to demonstrations of appreciation for our amazing school staff. There are no dues to be paid or formal membership to register.
Yarmouth PTO Leadership
The Yarmouth PTO is led by a board of volunteers - parents and community members just like you. We are committed to building a connected school community where families, educators and staff work together for our kids.
Board seats are elected annually. Any caretaker of a Yarmouth student is automatically part of the PTO and eligible to run for a seat. All Yarmouth residents are welcome to attend and vote.

PTO Board Meeting Schedule
Join Us
The PTO meets monthly in the library at Yarmouth Elementary School. Meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of each month, though school breaks and other conflicts sometimes mean a shift of a week or two, so please check the events calendar if in doubt. Meeting times alternate between 4 PM and 7 PM in an attempt to accommodate both traditional working schedules and school professionals' schedules. We make every effort to provide onsite childcare for the 4pm meetings. Meeting minutes can always be found here.
Our meetings are open to everyone and we encourage you to attend! We'd love to see you there.
